The god of darkness and magic was called `Trevia` by Romans and `Hecate` by the Greeks. So we thought TriviaSecurity would be a nice name for an information security website because we know the amount of magic that goes on behind the computer scene.
History:
Trivia Security was born in early 2003 with one goal to make it easier for the whole world and have
everything under one site instead of spending hours searching. It was started by FreakXL as DerekDan joined the development process of Trivia Security at Lycos servers and as the development was near to finish in May of 2003 Trivia was moved to new server and a domain `triviasecurity.com` by DerekDan and
now `triviasecurity.net`. aMado joined the Trivia Team and has contributed allot in the finishing stages.
Without aMado Trivia Security wont be where it is right now.
Objective:
Our main objective is to provide information and tools on computing and internet security. We develop
our own tools and provide computing & security advices. Our goal is to educate people about issues of system weaknesses and vulnerabilities, how attackers can gain access to your own servers and workstations. As the best way to stop an attack is to know how it takes place and our focus goes to average internet users to give them enough knowledge to protect themselves.
Focus:
Right now we are determined in providing information on various grounds such as computing and internet security, exploits and programming, tools and tutorials, hacking and cracking. And as the
development and growth of our site continous with your support and visits we are going to focus on web
development services. Providing quality web designs, html, various scripts and templates for free. We all
know that without your support `Trivia Security` wont be possiable and we are working hard to keep it up.
